Yes! We love celebrating little ones. For toddlers under the age of 5, please contact us directly to tailor the party to their needs.
When do I need to confirm guest numbers?
Party numbers must be confirmed when booking online.
To increase guest numbers, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance via email (include your booking ID, date, and time).
We will try to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed due to safety and capacity limits.
Is there a cancellation policy?
- Cancel more than 7 days before: Full refund (less any custom items already made).
- Cancel within 7 days:
- If paid in advance: 60% cancellation fee applies.
- If booked & paid within 7 days of the event: 80% cancellation fee applies.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
- Freedom Tokai: Minimum of 5 children
- Freedom Canal Walk: Minimum of 10 children
We can also accommodate large parties of 100+ guests — contact us for a custom quote.
Can I host a party without booking a package?
No, unhosted parties are not allowed in the park. Outside décor, cakes, cupcakes, party packs, and balloons are not permitted unless booked through our in-house services.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, once your party booking is confirmed, you’re welcome to bring your own cake.

Yes. The birthday child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must remain at the party at all times.
We recommend one supervising adult for every five children (e.g., 3 adults for 15 kids).
Hosting parents are responsible for all children attending until they are collected by their own parent/guardian.
For safety and allergy reasons, an adult must be present during food and refreshment service
