“Wow, freedom park was amazing!! There’s so many things to do and explore. There’s huge slides, jumping area, climbing areas, indoor sports area, scooters and the popular zip lining! I think the Zip lining was the highlight of the place. I was scared in my chops but it was really fun. It’s R150 per person and prior to yout birthday you can enquire about any promos, if I’m not mistaken Fridays before 6 but be sure to double check for any promos or discounts. Be sure to come with non-slip socks if you don’t have they are about R50. There’s also a lock room for about R40 to secure your bags and any other belongings like your shoes. The place is primarily filled with children but nothing is stopping you from embracing your inner child. There’s also beverages and snacks in the area. The place is neat including the bathroom. There is a play table that’s about R10 to use you can pay with zapper or SnapScan. Ultimately I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely put it in a list of places to go to in Cape Town”

How old do you have to be to explore the Park?
FREEDOM KIDS TOKAI offers activities for ages 1-12 years old. & FREEDOM CANAL WALK offers activities for all ages.
Is there a size, age and weight limit?
All participants must be reasonably fit, healthy & weight restrictions (125kg) for each activity. One of the best things about Freedom is that it’s designed for all ages — from toddlers to parents and even grandparents. But to keep everyone safe, we have a few size and age restrictions in place to help prevent big jumpers from accidentally bumping into little ones. For most ticket types, jumpers must meet the minimum height requirement of 125cm. In the dedicated toddler area, children aged 5 and under are welcome, as long as they can walk unassisted. Please check the ticket-specific terms and conditions for full details before your visit.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking online is strongly recommended. Walk-ins are always welcome & typically we are able to accommodate you in off peak times. However, on weekends, school holidays & public holidays we do sell out. You can pre-book & pay for your slot by booking online at www.freedomadventurepark.co.za
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
Customers wishing to cancel their session after making a credit card payment online should give us at least 72 hours written notice via email to hello@freedomadventurepark.co.za for full refund, however you can move a booking up to 3 hours before your booked session (change date & time). Customers wishing to cancel their booking less than 72 hours before their booking will not receive a refund or credit note. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Freedom Adventure Park in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities

What happens if I'm late?
Our team will endeavour to ensure that you & your group’s participation commences at the time booked. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive according to the prescribed arrival times.
If we are busy then you will only be able to use the remaining time of your booked time slot. During quieter periods we will endeavour to accommodate you as close to your preferred time as possible.
Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities & no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. (T&C’s apply)
Can I bring food from outside?
No, We have a fully equipped in –house pizzeria available to keep your hunger at bay. No outside food or drinks allowed whatsoever. Due to our food health & safety policy, no self-catering is allowed. T&C’s apply

Freedom Adventure Parks is Right of admission reserved. A legal guardian must be present at all times keeping an eye on his/her child

Good news! If you plan on coming down but don’t want to take part, we have Bootlegger coffee, pizzeria & amazing waffles to name a few. Don’t forget to make use of our FREE WIFI. Whilst you relax & read your book or scroll though your social media
